I just had a very intimate talk regarding the very personal and often a taboo topic for us women of sexuality and how to optimize our experience in a very safe manner with our respective spouses. It was a very special time of sharing our personal issues and the questions that were on our minds, but did not know who to ask. I felt we all walked away with peace of mind knowing that we are not alone in our experience of sexual frustration and or concerns. One thing’s for sure, we as women carry too much burden and responsibility that sometimes keep us from really letting our hair down and enjoying ourselves. I mean that in every way. I made a vow to really start to live my life to the fullest by laughing at myself and exploring new territory, even if I think it’s our of character for me. Life is too short to hold back. I’m going to eat, pray, and love to my heart’s satisfaction.
