This delicious, green smoothie is infused with healthy Matcha Tea which promotes clarity of mind and concentration without the nervous energy you can get by drinking coffee.
Matcha Tea Smoothie
- 2 teaspoons Matcha
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 banana (sliced)
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Steam spinach, chill, then drain
- Pitt avocado and slice 1/2 of a banana.
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender and mix until desired smoothness. Adjust water for desired consistency.
