husband, who has stood by her side through every chapter of life. Together, they have raised
two beautiful daughters and have had the unique opportunity to travel and live all
throughout the USA as part of her husband’s 21 years of service in the USA Air Force. After
confronting the life-altering challenges of breast cancer, Katherine turned to yoga as a way
to heal — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. What began as a personal refuge soon
blossomed into a transformative journey. Yoga not only supported her recovery; it became a
powerful force that reshaped her life in profound ways.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training under Dr. Connie Cheung, whose
guidance helped her to have a deeper understanding of movement, mindfulness, and the
body’s innate capacity to heal. She is continuing her education to expand
her knowledge and further support her students with integrity, creativity, and care.
She leads high-energy, inspiring classes that blend strength, sweat, and soul. She is
known for her fun, creative sequences and grounding breathwork that bring
playfulness and peace to the mat. She designs her classes around specific themes —
whether it’s courage, compassion, or letting go — to help students feel inspired, connected,
and uplifted. She is always able to a bring a calm, meditative presence to every session,
creating a space where students can challenge themselves, embrace the present moment,
and walk away feeling stronger in body, mind, and heart.

er modifications so everyone feels
supported — whether you’re just beginning your yoga journey or looking to deepen an
existing practice. Katherine strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you
can move with confidence, breathe with intention, and reconnect with your inner
strength.
