Audrey first found yoga through dynamic power flow vinyasa classes, drawn to the way movement and breath could create both energy and calm in the same hour. Over time, her curiosity led her to study Ashtanga, a traditional form of vinyasa, to deepen her practice and connect to its roots. This balance between creative, energizing flow and the discipline of tradition now shapes her teaching, offering students a practice that is both invigorating and grounding.

In her classes, Audrey guides students through breath-led movement with a steady, intentional rhythm. She honors the structure and focus of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga while still leaving space for personal expression, encouraging each student to tune into their own needs on any given day. Her sequences aim to create a balance between strength and softness, helping students find that sweet spot where challenge meets ease.

Beyond the mat, Audrey’s background in leadership, communication, and community-building enriches her teaching style. She has worked in a variety of settings and with many different communities, which has strengthened her ability to connect with and support others. Her goal is that students leave her classes feeling not only physically stronger, but also more centered and inspired to carry the principles of yoga into their daily lives.
