Hot 75 and Hot 60

  • Description: This class consists of a set sequence which you will practice every time you attend. The class begins with a warm-up to acclimate your body to the heat and prepare for the series of Ashtanga and Bikram poses that follow. You’ll move through a sequence of postures designed to strengthen, stretch, and balance your body. The heat aids in safely reaching new levels of personal flexibility and encourages the release of toxins through sweat. Acceptable for students of all levels.

Hot Hips

  • Description:Hot Hips is a dynamic, heat-infused practice focused on releasing tension and enhancing flexibility in your hip area. Suited for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, this class combines yoga’s therapeutic power with the benefits of a heated environment, helping you to unlock new levels of freedom in your body. Through a set series of carefully curated postures, this class targets the hips, an area that often carries the burden of our physical and emotional stress. The class begins with a warm-up sequence to acclimate your body to the heat and prepare your hips for the journey ahead. From there, you’ll flow through a variety of poses designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles around the hips, including the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and hip flexors. The hips are known in yoga philosophy as the seat of our emotions. By moving mindfully through the postures and breathing deeply into the spaces of resistance, you have the opportunity to release not only physical tension but emotional blockages as well.

Hot Core

  • Description: Our Hot Core class is a challenging workout designed to ignite your inner fire and build core strength. This class is for anyone looking to fortify their abdominal muscles, improve posture, and boost overall fitness in a heated environment. Our class centers around strengthening the powerhouse of your body – your core. The sequence incorporates a variety of dynamic postures targeting the abdominals, back muscles, and hip flexors. You’ll work on balance, stability, and strength, creating a strong foundation for your yoga practice and daily life. Join us in Hot Core, where we combine heat, movement, and powerful core-focused practice to help you sculpt a strong body, build endurance, and elevate your yoga practice.

Hot 45

  • Description: Perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners, Hot 45 is a condensed, yet deepened practice designed to allow you to explore the postures more thoroughly. This class provides the opportunity to slow down, giving you the space and time to understand and embody the fundamental elements of each pose of the Hot 75 sequence. Great option for those who are new to hot yoga and want to acclimate themselves to the heat before moving onto the Hot 75, or for those who want to refine and perfect the poses of the Hot 75 sequence.

Hot Pilates

  • Description: Exhilarating, high-intensity workout designed to sculpt your body and cleanse your mind. Set in a room heated to a stimulating but comfortable temperature, this class combines the precision of Pilates with the power of cardio to deliver an effective, low-impact workout that burns calories and builds strength.
  • The class begins with a warm-up to prepare your body and mind for the challenges ahead. We then move into a sequence of exercises that target your core, arms, legs, and glutes, with each move designed to improve balance, flexibility, and muscle tone. These challenging sequences are interspersed with brief periods of rest, allowing your body to recover and prepare for the next round.

Aligned Vinyasa

  • Description: Aligned Vinyasa is a dynamic and mindful yoga practice where the emphasis is on alignment and connection. This is a “vinyasa flow” style class, where you will be guided through a new, creative sequence of poses each time you attend. We begin each class with a grounding activity to tune into our bodies, then transition into a carefully choreographed series of creative transitions and postures to explore our bodies. This class is designed to improve posture, increase flexibility, and build strength, all while maintaining an unwavering focus on alignment. The sequences gradually build in complexity and intensity, culminating in a peak pose or series of poses designed to challenge and inspire. The class concludes with a calming cool-down and a restorative savasana to allow the body to absorb the benefits of the practice.

Ashtanga

  • Description: Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and rigorous practice rooted in an ancient yoga tradition that fosters physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga that involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process that produces intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. The class is structured around Ashtanga Yoga’s primary series, also known as Yoga Chikitsa or Yoga Therapy. It begins with Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara A and B) to warm the body, followed by a sequence of standing and seated poses that stretch and strengthen the body. YoQiLates Barre

  • Description: YoQiLates is a unique fusion of Yoga, Energy, Pilates, and Barre principles. This class offers a full-body workout designed to activate and engage your muscles, improve balance, and foster a deeper connection with your body. There are props utilized in this class, including a Ballet Barre as well as an Aerial hammock suspended from the ceiling to allow for a diverse range of movements, helping you to safely deepen stretches, enhance core strength, and challenge balance in a new way. During this class you’ll experience a sequence of exercises, alternating between floor-based Pilates movements, yoga-inspired stretches, and dynamic barre/aerial poses. Whether you’re a beginner looking to try something new or an experienced yogi seeking a new challenge, YoQiLates Barre provides a safe and exciting environment to grow and explore.

Functional Yoga
